Products, flavors & strengths

What is Ultra Seven?

Ultra Seven is an online store specializing in flavored 7-hydroxymitragynine (7-OH) chewable tablets and dissolvable oral strips. The range is organized into clearly labeled strength tiers — 7mg starter tins, 20mg ten-count tins, 10mg strips, a 70mg extra-strength single, and 80mg Double Stack singles — so buyers can compare strengths honestly before they order. Browse the full line on the shop page.

What is 7-hydroxymitragynine (7-OH)?

7-hydroxymitragynine, shortened to 7-OH, is a naturally occurring alkaloid found in the kratom plant (Mitragyna speciosa) that is also produced in concentrated form for flavored products like chewables and strips. It is substantially more potent, milligram for milligram, than plain kratom leaf, which is why Ultra Seven labels every piece with an exact milligram amount. Our plain-language primer explains what 7-OH is in more detail.

What products does Ultra Seven sell?

We sell three formats: ten-count chewable tablet tins, individually wrapped single-serve chewables (70mg and 80mg), and paper-thin dissolvable oral strips. Every SKU lists its strength, flavor, format, and count on the label and product page. See all five categories in the Ultra Seven catalog.

Which strengths are available?

The lineup spans 7mg, 10mg (per strip), 20mg, 30mg (strip 3-pack total), 70mg, and 80mg servings. The 7mg tin is the starter strength, the 20mg tins are everyday strength, the 70mg single is extra strength, and the 80mg Double Stacks are the maximum strength. Use the 7mg vs 20mg vs 70mg vs 80mg strength guide to compare them.

What flavors are available?

Nine flavors appear across the range: Mixed Berries, Lemonade, Tropical, Cookies & Cream, Green Apple Mint, Blue Raspberry, Orange Mint, Lemon Berry, and Watermelon Fruit Punch. Fruit, dessert, and mint profiles are all represented — see how buyers rank them in the complete flavor guide.

What is the difference between Ultra Strength and Double Stacks?

“Ultra Strength” refers to the 20mg chewables sold in 10-count tins, while Double Stacks are 80mg single-serve tablets — four times the per-piece strength and intended for experienced users only. The Double Stacks buyer’s guide explains who the 80mg tier is actually for.

What are 7-OH oral strips?

Oral strips are paper-thin, mint-flavored films that dissolve on the tongue with no chewing or water. Each Green Apple Mint strip pack contains three individually sealed 10mg strips (30mg total). They are the flattest, most discreet format we sell — compare them in tablets vs gummies vs strips.

How many tablets come in each package?

The 7mg and 20mg products are 10-count tins; the 70mg and 80mg products are individually sealed single-serve tablets; the strip pack contains three dissolvable strips. Each product page shows format, strength per serving, and count in a specification table.

Which product should a first-time buyer choose?

Beginners should start with the 7mg Mixed Berries 10-count tin, the lowest strength in the line. It lets you start with the smallest labeled serving instead of guessing with a high-strength single. Our beginner’s guide walks through a first order step by step.

How do I choose the right strength?

Match the strength to your experience level: new or occasional users should stay at 7mg–10mg, established everyday users typically use 20mg, and 70mg–80mg singles are labeled for experienced users only. The strength and dosage chart maps every product to an experience level.

Are Ultra Seven products lab tested?

Yes. Every production batch is sent to an independent third-party laboratory for potency and contaminant analysis, and each product is sold with a lot number. Learn what we test for — and how to verify any vendor’s results — on the lab testing and quality page and in how to verify 7-OH lab tests.

How do I read a certificate of analysis (COA)?

A genuine COA shows the product name and lot, the tested 7-hydroxymitragynine content versus the label claim, heavy-metal and microbial screens, the laboratory’s accreditation, and a date. Our walkthrough explains each section of a 7-OH COA, including the red flags that indicate a fabricated document.

Do the chewables contain kratom leaf or powder?

No. Ultra Seven chewables and strips are concentrated, flavored finished products built around labeled amounts of 7-hydroxymitragynine — they are not kratom leaf, powder, crushed leaf, or tea. The difference between botanical kratom and concentrated products is explained in kratom vs 7-OH.

Why choose chewables or strips over powder?

Chewables and strips arrive pre-measured to an exact milligram serving, need no scales or brewing, taste like candy or mint instead of bitter powder, and travel in a pocket or wallet. The trade-offs (strength on-ramp, cost, and discretion) are compared in 7-OH tablets vs powder.

Ordering, shipping & your account

How do I place an order?

Open the shop, choose a product and quantity, add it to your cart, then proceed to checkout where you enter your U.S. shipping address and payment. You can check out as a guest or create an account, and you will receive an order confirmation by email immediately.

Do I need to create an account?

No — guest checkout is enabled — but an account on the my account page makes it easy to view order status, tracking, and order history. Creating an account also speeds up repeat orders.

What payment methods are accepted?

Checkout uses encrypted card processing for major credit and debit cards. Payment options are shown at the final checkout step; we never see or store your full card number, and billing appears under a neutral descriptor for privacy.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard U.S. shipping is a flat $4.99, and shipping is free on every order over $50. Most customers qualify for free shipping by pairing a 10-count tin with a single-serve pack. See the shipping policy for current details.

How long does delivery take?

Orders typically process within 1 business day and deliver in roughly 3–5 U.S. business days with standard shipping, excluding weekends and holidays. A tracking number is emailed as soon as the label is scanned. Our shipping times explainer covers cutoff times and delays.

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. Orders ship in plain, unmarked padded mailers or boxes with no product imagery or flavor names on the outside. The return label uses a neutral sender name, and the cart and checkout use an encrypted connection. Read more in our discreet shipping guide.

Do you ship to my state?

We ship to U.S. states where concentrated 7-OH products may lawfully be sold. Availability is summarized on the where we ship & legality page, and the checkout uses the shipping address you enter. Customers are responsible for confirming the laws at their delivery address.

Do you ship to Canada or other countries?

At this time Ultra Seven ships within the United States only. Health Canada has not authorized 7-OH or kratom products for sale as consumable goods, and other countries have their own controls, so international checkout is intentionally disabled.

How do I track my order?

When your order dispatches, an email with the carrier tracking link goes to the address used at checkout. You can also see status anytime under my account → orders. Allow a few hours after dispatch for the first carrier scan to appear.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us via the contact page as quickly as possible with your order number. Orders that have not been dispatched can usually be corrected or cancelled; once a label is scanned, the order follows the standard return process instead.

What is your return policy?

Sealed, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened, damaged-by-buyer, or personalized items cannot be restocked for safety. Full steps and timelines are on the refunds & returns page.

Are taxes charged?

Applicable state and local sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address and shown before you pay. There are no hidden handling fees.

Strength, use & safety

How long does 7-OH take to kick in?

Flavored chewables and dissolving strips are generally felt faster than swallowed capsules or powder because part of the serving absorbs in the mouth, but individual timing varies with food, metabolism, and strength. Detailed onset windows — and why redosing early is the most common mistake — are in how long 7-OH takes to kick in.

How long do the effects last?

Duration varies with the labeled strength, food in the stomach, and the individual; lower servings run shorter and 70mg–80mg singles longer. The 7-OH duration guide gives typical ranges and explains why you should never stack a second serving to extend a session.

Can I cut a tablet in half to lower the serving?

We recommend buying the correctly labeled strength instead — that is exactly why the 7mg tin, 10mg strips, 20mg tins, 70mg single, and 80mg singles all exist. Splitting tablets by eye produces uneven, unlabeled servings; our reasoning is in can you split 7-OH tablets?

Should I take it on an empty stomach?

Most labels recommend starting in settled conditions; food changes both onset speed and intensity. New users should avoid treating an empty stomach like a shortcut to stronger effects. The interaction with meals is explained in 7-OH and food.

Can I combine 7-OH with alcohol?

No. Alcohol and 7-OH both depress the central nervous system, and combining them sharply raises the risk of over-sedation and respiratory depression. This also applies to cannabis edibles, sleep aids, and recreational depressants. See 7-OH and alcohol: the interaction explained.

Which medications interact with 7-OH?

Opioids, benzodiazepines, sleeping pills, muscle relaxants, some antidepressants, sedating antihistamines, and alcohol can interact dangerously by adding sedation and respiratory depression. Review the full list in 7-OH drug interactions and contraindications and ask your prescriber or pharmacist if you take regular medication.

Can I drive after using 7-OH?

No — do not drive, ride, cycle in traffic, or operate machinery. Reaction time and attention can be impaired in ways that vary by person and strength. Plan rides home in advance; see our driving and impairment guidance.

Is it safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

No. Do not use these products while pregnant, trying to conceive, or breastfeeding, and do not use them if you have or have had a heart, liver, kidney, respiratory, or substance-use condition without speaking to a clinician.

Will I develop tolerance?

Repeated, frequent use raises tolerance and can lead to dependence, which is why strength rotation and scheduled breaks matter. Our tolerance guide explains how tolerance builds, what “chasing the first serving” means, and simple routines to reduce risk.

What are the signs of taking too much?

Warning signs include severe drowsiness, nausea, slow or shallow breathing, confusion, slurred speech, difficulty staying awake, or a grey/blue tint to lips. Stop, stay with the person, and call emergency services — naloxone works on opioid-type respiratory depression. Full steps are in recognizing 7-OH overconsumption.

What should I do if a child or pet eats a tablet?

Call U.S. Poison Control immediately at 1-800-222-1222 (free, confidential, 24/7), or 911 if the person is unconscious or not breathing. Keep products locked away and read our childproofing and pet safety checklist.

How often can I use these products?

There is no “safe frequency” that applies to everyone, and daily high-strength use is the fastest route to tolerance and dependence. Lower-strength products, rotation, off-days, and a written serving journal are covered in responsible-use routines.

Can I mix two different products or take a second serving in one session?

Do not stack strengths or formats — for example, a strip followed by a chewable, or a 20mg tin tablet plus an 80mg single. Combining labeled servings is the most common path to taking an unknown total amount. If one strength is too weak for you, the safe approach is to choose the correctly labeled strength on a separate day, not to add pieces together; read the dosage chart and overconsumption warning signs first.

Quality, legality & the company

Is concentrated 7-OH legal in the United States in 2026?

The legal landscape changed in 2026: the DEA published a notice of intent to schedule products containing more than 1mg of 7-hydroxymitragynine per article on an emergency basis, while the related synthetic compounds mitragynine pseudoindoxyl, MGM-15, and MGM-16 were placed in Schedule I effective August 26, 2026. Because the rule can take effect on publication, we track the Federal Register closely and publish plain-language updates in our 2026 federal status tracker.

Which states restrict or ban 7-OH products?

Several states restrict concentrated 7-OH specifically even where botanical kratom remains legal, and a growing number ban kratom products outright. The list — with effective dates and sources — is maintained on the restricted states & shipping map. Always verify your own state and local rules before ordering.

Do you verify age?

Yes. The site is gated to visitors who confirm they are 21 or older, every product is labeled 21+, and the checkout requires an age acknowledgment. Products must never be given to anyone under 21.

What emergency resources are available?

In an emergency call 911; U.S. Poison Control is 1-800-222-1222; SAMHSA’s confidential substance-use helpline is 1-800-662-4357. Our naloxone and emergency response guide explains why naloxone belongs in any household where opioids or opioid-type products are present.

How should I store the tablets and strips?

Keep products sealed in their original packaging, in a cool, dry, dark cabinet away from heat, humidity, and sunlight, and locked out of sight and reach of children and pets. A room-temperature drawer or lockbox is ideal — see how to store 7-OH tablets.

Do the products expire?

Like flavored botanical products, chewables and strips have a best-by date and gradually lose flavor freshness and moisture balance with heat and age. Dating, shelf life, and what to do with old stock are covered in do 7-OH tablets expire?

How does Ultra Seven control quality?

Quality control combines fixed-formula manufacturing, lot numbering, third-party laboratory testing for potency and contaminants, sealed tamper-evident packaging, and label review against the tested milligram content. The full program is described on the lab testing & quality control page.

Do you sell products containing mitragynine pseudoindoxyl, MGM-15, or MGM-16?

No. The Ultra Seven catalog contains flavored 7-hydroxymitragynine chewables and strips only; we do not list products formulated with mitragynine pseudoindoxyl, MGM-15, or MGM-16, the three compounds placed in Schedule I on August 26, 2026. Batch certificates of analysis are available for review.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

For licensed retailers and wholesale inquiries, use the contact form and choose a wholesale subject line. Include your business name, state license number, and volumes, and our team will respond with requirements.

How do I contact customer support?

Use the contact page or reply to any order email. Support typically answers within one business day, Monday–Friday; include your order number and the product name (for example, “US80-LB-1 Lemon Berry Double Stack”) for the fastest help.

Why order from the official site instead of a marketplace?

The official store carries the complete and freshest lineup at manufacturer-set prices, with batch lot numbers, lab results, the full flavor range, discreet fulfillment, and direct support. Unauthorized third-party listings cannot be verified for authenticity or storage conditions — our fake 7-OH spotter’s guide shows what to look for.
