• Ships to: U.S. states where concentrated 7-hydroxymitragynine (7-OH) products may lawfully be sold and received. Review the current shipping & legality map before ordering.
• Does not ship to: Canada, U.S. territories where prohibited, or other international destinations. Health Canada has not authorized these products for sale as consumable goods, and other countries apply their own controls.
• Packaging: plain, unmarked mailers or boxes with no product imagery, flavor names, or 7-OH references on the outside; return labels use a neutral sender name.
• Age: all sales are strictly limited to adults 21 and older; an adult may be required to accept delivery.

Processing and dispatch

Orders are typically processed within one business day. Payment confirmation triggers an initial email; a second email with the carrier tracking number follows when the label is scanned. You can also view status under my account. Allow a few hours for the first carrier scan to appear.

Address accuracy

Double-check street, apartment, and ZIP code at checkout. Packages returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may incur a reshipment fee. To change an address, contact us before dispatch via the contact page.

Delays, loss, and damage

If tracking has not updated for three or more business days, or a package arrives visibly damaged, email us with your order number and photos of the packaging where relevant. We coordinate with the carrier and replace confirmed losses according to the refunds & returns policy. Claims for transit damage should be opened within 48 hours of delivery.

Customer legal responsibility

Shipping availability does not override the law at the delivery address. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 21 years old and that the products are lawful to receive in your state and locality. We may decline or cancel an order where fulfillment would violate applicable law, carrier policy, or our compliance program — see the terms & conditions.
